Please take a moment to review the following guidelines that govern the use of our website and services.Payment Terms: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express payment options.
Shipping: If you are located outside the United States, please contact us directly to place your order.
Returns and Damages: If you wish to return an order or have received damaged merchandise, please call us within 14 days from receipt. We will issue a call tag or return authorization number. Orders received without authorization are subject to refusal. Custom sized and custom printed bags cannot be returned. We reserve the right to inspect returns before issuing credit and to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Rush Shipments: Orders need to be placed before 12:00pm Central Time to be eligible for expedited same-day shipments. We offer Next Day and 2nd Day services. Rush orders must be placed via telephone to ensure they are processed before our cut off time. Rush orders submitted by fax or email cannot be guaranteed to ship on the same day.
Custom Orders: Please complete a Custom Quote form to provide an estimate for your particular item. Quotes for customized products are subject to plate and set up charges. Custom orders are subject to a cancellation charge and cannot be returned. We request the right to bill over or under runs which are subject up to a +/-15% variance based on manufacturing processes.
Samples: Contact Us to receive samples of any item in our catalog. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
