Our premium bubble envelopes are made from a coextruded blend of low-density polyethylene lined with a 1/8” bubble protective lining. Poly bubble mailers are manufactured with a white exterior and silver interior, providing complete opacity.

Each bubble mailer also provides a tamper-proof, shockproof, and water-resistant design to prevent damage to fragile items during shipment. All bags are nonperforated and feature a 1.5” lip with a permanent adhesive and a side weld construction that are packaged flat in cases.
