Effective Static Protection for Sensitive Electronics

Our wholesale custom black conductive bags and tubing protect sensitive devices from harmful accumulation of isolated static charges.  Made of volume conductive material, our bags and tubing are made from a single layer of carbon load polyethylene. It is only available in 4 mil and has a Faraday Cage effect with good corrosion resistance.

Unlike non-amine and traditional films, our custom black conductive bags and tubing are humidity independent, meaning that it does not require humidity to stay effective. These bags and tubing will not contaminate products that it comes in contact with and has essentially limitless shelf life.

Our custom black conductive bags and tubing meet the requirements of MIL-P-82646 Rev B. It will protect against electrostatic charge, abrasion, and humidity if sealed properly. This tubing has a surface resistivity of less than 1000 ohms/sand and a volume resistivity of less than 300 ohms/cm.
